Day 27: Favorite Television Program

So I could think of many different shows that I love atm… but since I just finished Skins season 5, this one came to mind first =) This isn’t a cap from season 5, but it’s one of my favorite eps in general so I had to cap it ^^

Skins is such a great series that I can’t seriously express enough love for…. it’s a love or hate TV show I admit =P But I think what really attracted me was the idea of a definite end.  Skins ENDS! Like dramas and anime, it has an ENDING and unlike HIMYM, GG, TVD or TBBT (I love them all don’t get me wrong =P) which are just ongoing and going… Skins has a set story that it’s telling and it ends after 15-16 eps.  That’s it and I love the stories of each individual character.  Each one is so unique, each has their issues and I can relate to so many =) and even tho I’m not a drug-abuser, alcoholic or in an abusive relationship >_> I still really find that these characters are genuine and relate-able.  On top of that, it’s a great story that leaves you thinking ^^ and unlike American TV, it gives you a different outlook on UK lifestyles.  

Alright, long post.  But to finish off, if anyone ever DOES watch Skins, I love G1 the best (so far) and my favorite characters are Cassie, Sid, Maxxie, Emily, Cook and Chris. The end ^^
