More baking! I made this on Sunday and it’s a red velvet cake =) hehe* Not really a cake since I didn’t assemble it… instead I took each “layer” of the cake and made shapes out of them.  I only posted the one which looks like a slice but I made heart-shaped ones and smiley faces ^^

This one didn’t taste as good as the cookie monster cupcakes, but the filling was delicious! I think baking will be my new therapy =)
